WE ARE IN THE SAME STORM
WE ARE IN THE SAME STORM
Someone has rightly said that we are not in the same boat but in the same storm,
All in our unalike vessels, sailing in grace in the worlds we transform.
Some of us are in canoes, some in yachts, caravels, and yet others in galleons,
All at sea surrounded by halcyons.
Some of us have plunged into the sea recently,
While others have been floating there ceaselessly.
But now all have been hit by the storm,
Enticing us to change our destiny by stimulating the norm.
Small boats may sail through while big ships may sink,
It all depends on our ability to ponder, plan and think.
Storms will come and storms will go,
But we must remember that at the end of every storm is a rainbow.
Life’s storms too can be endured with grit, patience, and resolution,
And then only will we procure everyone’s admiration.
