CHIA SEEDS ARE GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH
These seeds are acknowledged as one of the most healthy foods and are also referred to as "functional food." Chia seeds provide a lot of fibre, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. Dry chia seeds can be eaten by themselves or added to smoothies and juices, yoghurt and porridge, or sprinkled on salads.
CHIA SEED APPLICATIONS
1. Chia seeds soaked in water
a. Measure out 2-3 teaspoons of Chia seeds.
b. Stir it into 1 glass of lukewarm water continuously.
d. Allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes.
c. Preferably drink this Chia seed water before eating.
2. Chia seeds added to salads or smoothies
a. Choose your favourite salad or smoothie.
c. Sprinkle half a teaspoon of chia seeds on it and have.
