All of us know that fruits are very good for our health, but we can’t have fruits as and when we like them. Eating fruits daily is a very good habit.
But there are some things to be kept in mind while having fruits too.
Do not combine fruits with your meal. After your fruit diet, leave a gap between the next meal.
Don’t mix fruit with yogurt.
Eat each fresh fruit separately.
Do not store your fresh fruit juice for long. Consume the juice immediately.
DO NOT DRINK YOUR FRESH FRUITS. EAT YOUR FRESH FRUITS.
