Ok guys, let me tell you that in India, we give a lot of importance to Yoga or Yogic Exercises.
So here I am sharing this particular posture and its uses.
This is the Bhujangasana Or Cobra Stretch
It is known as a curvature corrector and makes the spine flexible.
The asana's curve structure stimulates the deep back muscles, spine, and nerves.
It is an excellent asana for persons suffering from lower back arthritis and pain.
It alleviates menstruation discomfort by expanding the uterus and ovaries. It relieves stress by stimulating the adrenal glands and kidneys.
It helps in reducing belly and waist fat.
Helps with acidity and constipation-related ailments.
Tip: After lying on your stomach, place your hands on the floor after stretching and lifting your upper body.
Do this for 20 secs— 3 times every morning.
