WRITE AN EMAIL TO YOURSELF.
Everyone is busy with their own stressful, disquieting, distressing lives. No one has time for each other.
There are times when we are annoyed, perturbed, aggravated, or exasperated with people, things, environment around us.
We want to communicate/share our apprehensions, worries, and anxieties with the people around us. Sometimes we do and sometimes we are not able to. At times when we have divulged them, we regret having done so.
So the best person whom you can talk to, to liaise with is WE OURSELF.
The best thing to do is to write a mail to yourself, an angry one if you are counseling yourself or admonishing/reprimanding/ scolding/rebuking yourself.
Write everything that you would be wanting to tell others.
Mail this to yourself.
Open the mail, and read it carefully, once, twice, or three times. THEN DELETE IT.
YOU WILL FEEL BETTER.
