TODAY'S TIP IS FINANCIAL IN NATURE.
BE PENNY WISE IN 2023.
One would tend to question me that if I am discussing better health tips for 2023, why bring up money?
BUT LET ME TELL YOU, DEAR FRIENDS, MONEY DOES MATTER. This is mainly true as we grow older. Understand your relationship with your hard-earned money.
Small details, attention, and gradual improvements, if stressed on a daily basis, will go a long way toward assisting us in saving money.
Our goal for 2023 should be to modify our negative financial habits, but this will be challenging because spending habits are ingrained in our daily routines and it may be difficult to divorce ourselves from buying sprees. Physically giving up cash rather than mindlessly swiping our card will unquestionably make us more aware of our expenditure and thereby making it easier to track it.
Yet another way of superintending our urge of overspending is by taking out a fixed amount of money for the week and spending just what we have.
One can also keep a list of reminders in one’s wallet. A marvelous idea is of affixing a sticker to one’s credit card that reads, "Do you need this?!" Anything that causes one to pause before making a purchase will help you make better selections.
Unsubscribe or unfollow if you discover that you frequently spend money after clicking on a marketing email or seeing photographs of an Instagram influencer wearing a specific brand, for example. Alternatively, if you buy clothing or makeup when you have time to kill, consider doing something else instead, such as going for a stroll in the park.
